Put your to-dos on your calendar with a date and time. Keep your calendar sacred. What you put on it, you do. Keep your action items on a to-do list and only put items on your calendar that are  nonnegotiable. Don’t load it up a bunch of tasks that you can’t complete or that you move to other days.
