Check out Grid-It, a cool, gender neutral organizer that allows you to keep everything tidy, and comes in a ton of sizes to suit any bag. It’s basically a stiff, black pad with criss-crossing elasticized bands attached. To organize, you slide pens, cables, sunglasses, lotions, notepads, business cards, thumb drives, etc. underneath the bands. They are held tightly: no more need for pockets and compartments in your bags! Take a peek.
Tracey’s Toolbox: CableDrop Cord Clips. All business owners have experienced the octopus of tangled up cords that powers your laptop, smartphone, Nook, and more. Fortunately, these great little tools will help you tame that cord monster. You simply stick the CableDrop Cord Clip to your desk (or wall, table, etc.) and slide in your cord. Now, the cord is securely held in place. No more tangles! You can search for these great little tools online, but I recently ordered a set from the Container Store. (Here’s the link: http://www.containerstore.com/shop/office/deskAccessories/cordControl?productId=10027231) Enjoy your organized cords
I’ve definitely enjoyed using this service. It allows me to set up an event, manage registration for the event, and promote the event all from one location. There is a monthly fee, but if you’re hosting several webinars or regular workshops, it’s well worth the cost. WARNING! If you need to use discount codes, they do not have that functionality yet. It is in the works. http://www.constantcontact.com/event-marketing/index.jsp
